He/she ensures that activities are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, safety regulations, and established quality standards, guaranteeing efficient project progress. · Daily supervision of on-site work to verify compliance with specifications. · Coordination of on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. · Verification of correct application of materials and construction techniques. · Reporting of progress, incidents, and site requirements to the site resident or project coordinator. · Monitoring adherence to the activity schedule. · Preparation of daily progress reports, material consumption, and resources utilized.
