




We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and organized Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth administrative, operational, and customer service functions. The candidate will be responsible for effective resource management, staff supervision, and basic financial control, guaranteeing a high-quality experience for customers and an efficient work environment. Trial period: This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of full-time employment based on performance. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and record billing for supplies. * Supervise, manage, and replenish product and material inventory. * Prepare and maintain the business expense records. * Perform daily cash register reconciliations and supervise proper cash handling. * Manage supply purchases and coordinate with suppliers. * Supervise, coordinate, and direct operational staff. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards. * Efficiently resolve operational and administrative issues. * Propose process improvements to optimize resources and outcomes. **Required Profile:** * Ability to effectively solve problems. * Self-motivated individual with leadership skills and decision-making capability. * Organized with attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Good people management and teamwork skills. * Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or service businesses is desirable.
