If you are passionate about beauty and helping people feel amazing while also earning great income, this job is for you! **Functions and Responsibilities** * Use of aesthetic equipment (Laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, radiofrequency, etc.) * Perform skin type assessments and evaluate clients' aesthetic needs. * Administer facial and body treatments. * Provide clients with information about medical and cosmetological treatments. * Follow hygiene, biosafety, and customer service protocols. * Keep records of treatments performed. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and materials. * Meet quality standards, empathy, and humane client care. * Assist in promotional or service sales activities (bonuses and commissions). * Engage in direct sales and repeat sales to clients (bonuses and commissions). **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or related field. * **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in similar positions. * **Knowledge:** * Facial and body techniques. * Knowledge of aesthetic equipment (laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, facial and body radiofrequency, etc.) * Knowledge of skincare and skincare products. * Experience in selling products and/or treatments. * Hygiene and safety standards. * **Skills and competencies:** * Friendly and courteous demeanor. * Good communication skills. * Precision and attention to detail. * Client and results orientation. * Organization and cleanliness. **We Offer:** * **Base salary** of $9,000 monthly net. * **Weekly commissions and bonuses** on sales. * **100% tips** * **Statutory benefits**. * **Uniforms provided** * **Employee discounts** * **Option for indefinite contract** * **Professional work environment** * **Continuous training in new treatments and equipment.** **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday: Day off Location: Plaza Mocambo in Boca del Rio, Ver.
