Shift Supervisor Ensure the proper execution of the daily operations for the assigned shift, guaranteeing compliance with Rabbit customer service levels (SLA) regarding picking, verification, shipping, quality, productivity, and safety, through appropriate management of personnel, resources, and processes. \* Supervise shift operations across receiving, picking, verification, packing, and shipping processes. \* Ensure compliance with Rabbit customer SLAs (timelines, quality, and accuracy). \* Coordinate and assign workloads to operational staff. \* Monitor individual and process-level productivity. Validate correct use of WMS, handheld devices, and operational tools. \* Identify operational deviations and execute immediate corrective actions. Guarantee compliance with BPA, 5S, warehouse safety, and housekeeping standards. \* Prepare and report shift performance indicators (KPIs). Manage incidents: shortages, picking errors, delays, shrinkage, and rework. \* Ensure proper shift handover–takeover. Minimum acceptable education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field. Minimum required experience (performing these functions): 2 years as Shift Supervisor in e-commerce or full-commerce, retail, or last-mile warehouse operations. Basic knowledge: Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas); WMS – Odoo. Position type: Full-time Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
