Logistics and Operations City: VERACRUZ Publication Date: Apr 28, 2026 Schedule: 6:00 AM\- 2:00 PM Description: General Purpose: Ensure that shipment coordination and tracking order processes are carried out in accordance with Operational Cycles to meet established performance indicators and satisfy customer needs. Main Results Key Responsibilities: 1\.\- Execute the processes defined in the Operational Cycles Manual, ensuring proper scanning of incoming and outgoing shipments entering the area, and timely processing of Tracking Orders, to provide timely service to our customers. 2\.\- Contact customers whose shipments lack delivery information, in order to obtain correct data and ensure accurate delivery as stipulated in the contracted service guarantee. 3\.\- Update and submit daily the processed shipment report at the banking operations level, to maintain control over all incidents. 4\.\- Provide assistance and support to external and internal customers. 5\.\- Enter call and coordination records into the Shipment Control Agenda system. Decision Making Internal Relationships: 1\.\- Custody and Location Supervisor to execute actions implemented to achieve departmental objectives. 2\.\- Shipment Control Assistants to provide support in coordinating service delivery. 3\.\- Location Assistants to coordinate services located at CE, CNA, and Custody, thereby achieving customer satisfaction. External Relationships: 1\.\- Customers to coordinate delivery of shipments encountering delivery issues and to provide updates on customer requests.
