We are currently seeking your talent to work as an **iOS Developer**, collaborating on a **HYBRID** project in CDMX. **Location:** Mexico City (hybrid mode: 3 days in office – 2 days remote) **Gross salary:** $50,000 per month **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. * Over **4 years of software development experience**, focused on **native iOS**. * Proficiency in **Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Auto Layout**. * Experience with **TDD**, **consumption of RESTful APIs**, and integration of **SDKs** via **Swift Package Manager**. * Knowledge of **SOLID** principles and **MVVM, MVVM-C, Clean Code** patterns. * Advanced English (minimum B2). **Desirable:** * Knowledge of **SDUI**, **Fortify & Blackduck**, and security (**SSL, certificates, key stores**). * Familiarity with tools such as **JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain native iOS mobile applications. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in designing and launching new features. * Implement unit tests to ensure code quality, usability, and reliability. * Adopt and promote the use of new technologies to improve development efficiency. * Lead *pair programming* sessions and share engineering best practices. * Participate in defining user stories and propose continuous improvements to development processes. **Soft Skills:** * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment * Critical thinking and analytical approach * Excellent communication and teamwork **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract * Statutory benefits: (12 vacation days in the first year, 15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, Social Security) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Courses and/or certifications * Career development plan.
