**Join Our Team!** We’re looking for motivated professionals ready to deliver outstanding client experiences and grow with us. **Job Description:** Client service representatives manage client relationships and provide customer support. They may field customer inquiries, process documents, schedule appointments, and connect clients with other departments when needed. **Key Responsibilities:** * Regularly communicate with clients to request and review documentation related to the case. * Communicate via phone call, email and text with clients to gather required information to further qualify them for cases. * Confirm that all clients are being reached on a consistent basis. * Accurately file documents in the appropriate database with all required information and notes. * Perform a variety of file maintenance tasks for electronic files in compliance with the firm's policies.
