




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support various departments, manage communications, and organize office tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Handling communications and documentation **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. 1 year of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel primarily). Experience operating switchboards and scanners. **Job Description:** Answer and transfer incoming calls. Email follow-up / payment processing. Preparation of reports, attendance lists, and fixed asset inventory. Document scanning. Provide support to other departments. **Skills:** * Responsible. * Organized. * Honest. * Charismatic. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break).
