Support in the operational and administrative coordination of trips for government and private clients. Assist in managing fuel expenses based on the fuel rate table per trip. Supervise the number of settlements in the private client trip control report sent by the Submanager of Logistics and Operations for private clients. Clarify diesel usage records with the Accounting Manager (SCO) to apply fuel discounts to operators (in kind or monetary) for each trip. Knowledge in billing and expense verification.
