




Description REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance * Minimum of 3 to 5 years verifiable experience in similar positions within the accounts payable area * Desired software skills: Contpaq, ASPEL, Coi, Noi, or others * Knowledge of current tax regulations * Competencies: teamwork, communication, leadership, honesty, results-oriented RESPONSIBILITIES: * Processing invoices and allocating them to the appropriate cost or expense account * Scheduling payments according to due dates and agreed terms for suppliers and creditors * Reviewing and reconciling bank transactions, checks, transfers (with Third Parties and Intercompany) * Monthly reconciliation of balances with accounting * Filing journal entries for all companies * Compliance with monthly accounting closing schedule * Requesting payment complement documents no later than the 5th day of the month following the payment date * Preparing internal reports (daily, weekly, monthly) * Preparing reports on reservations, expenses, balances, and suppliers * Staying updated on tax reforms affecting CFDI requirements SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday OFFICE: Veracruz, Ver.
