Monitoring of operations and preparation of reports **Veracruz Branch is recruiting an Operations Controller for a heavy machinery company.** **Proficiency in computer equipment is mandatory.** Recent graduates from the mentioned fields are welcome to apply. **Profile:** * Proactive individual. * Organized (mandatory) * Responsible * Strong verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Resilience **Responsibilities:** The candidate will be responsible for performing the following functions: * Maintaining up-to-date records of equipment rental status, delivery dates, rental termination dates, and identification of requirements. * Preparing Work Orders (WOs) for billing or tracking purposes. * Inventory control for scheduling preventive maintenance on our rental fleet. * Requesting per diem allowances and ordering spare parts as directed by the area manager. * Fuel consumption control and refueling scheduling * Monitoring equipment entry and exit reports * Coordinating weekly and monthly scheduling for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as work orders * Preparing and maintaining updated maintenance logs * Coordinating with clients regarding work schedules and locations * Tracking procurement activities * Monitoring technical personnel and preparing weekly work reports Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Are you afraid of heights? * Do you have experience working with heavy machinery? * What is your level of proficiency in Excel?
