(among others). **JOB DESCRIPTION:** * Planning of construction projects including: buildings of all types, monuments, parks, plazas and gardens, interior and exterior decoration of all types of buildings, as required * Developing architectural designs and drawings that meet client needs and expectations, considering factors such as building codes, safety standards, and environmental impact * Creating detailed drawings, plans, and models using design software * Coordinating with managers, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure accurate implementation of the design and compliance with quality standards * Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any design-related issues or required modifications * Presenting design proposals and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities for approval and feedback * Submitting reports on ongoing or completed activities * **Performing any other tasks contributing to the achievement of project objectives** **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Social Security coverage from day one * Additional leave days * Opportunity for growth * Salary increases **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid driver’s license * Willingness to travel * Availability to work several days outside the city (travel allowances provided by the company) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
