It operates in all states across the country, has more than 118,000 employees, and is one of the **top 10 employers in Mexico.** It consists of three business units: Coppel Stores, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel. **Job Objective:** Carry out home collection activities for the various financial products offered by Grupo Coppel, supporting a healthy portfolio through effective portfolio recovery management, delivery of account statements, and customer information verification, providing comprehensive and continuous support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify, within their assigned area, customers who are delinquent on their accounts, with the purpose of providing timely follow-up, establishing payment agreements, and/or receiving payments to bring accounts current. * Verify the address and personal details of each customer applying for credit for any of the group's financial services, ensuring data accuracy to allow better analysis and response to credit applications. * Deliver account statements, promotions, and the Coppel newspaper to customers promptly, along with guidance based on expressed needs, thereby increasing customer satisfaction with the Group’s services. * Submit received payments and/or payment agreements made with customers so they can be recorded in the system and account information updated by the end of the day. * Promote Coppel Credit by encouraging individuals to apply for credit, thus expanding the Group's customer base. * When necessary, collect items that are past due according to internal policies, allowing partial recovery of overdue balances. **Required Profile:** * No experience required. * Interest in door-to-door sales. It operates in all states of the country, has more than 118,000 employees, and is one of the **top 10 employers in Mexico.** It consists of three business units: Coppel Stores, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel. **Position objective:** * Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronics, furniture, decoration, living rooms, bedrooms, and dining sets for customer warranty services, providing quality solutions to satisfy customers. **Main responsibilities:** * Review service manuals, technical bulletins, and any information provided by suppliers related to the products to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair. * Diagnose and repair assigned electronics and/or carpentry items following established workshop service procedures, avoiding repeat repairs and thereby achieving customer satisfaction. * Prioritize handling of customer warranty services, monitoring the dates when items enter inventory to ensure adherence to standard delivery timeframes. * Conduct daily inventory checks of items assigned for repair to properly control merchandise, preventing loss or incorrect item exchanges during customer deliveries. **Required profile:** * Knowledge of***electronics***digital technology, electrical current and circuits, symbols (interpretation of diagrams), and safety regulations in service workshops. * Knowledge of\_ **carpentry**\_, metalworking, upholstery, painting, and finishing, as well as safety regulations in service workshops. * Customer service attitude * Flexible availability **Work address:** Av.
