If so, you can join our bar.** **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to brand standards. * Interact in a friendly and proactive manner with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere. * Keep your workstation and service area tidy, clean, and presentable—always complying with hygiene and safety standards. * Participate in ongoing training to refine coffee preparation skills and deepen knowledge of our products. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and exceptional service. * Important challenges in the role. * Ensure consistent preparation quality to maximize sales and achieve a high level of customer recurrence. * Excellence, care, and speed in customer service—always ensuring smooth operations. **What do you need to apply?** * Prior experience as a barista. * Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and grow within the café industry. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends. * Residence within a maximum 1-hour commute from the workplace (see address). **If you’re ready to join our team, we’d love to hear from you—and soon share a cup of coffee together!**
