**Warehouse Manager** **Job Description:** Growing company seeking a **Warehouse Manager**, responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing warehouse, logistics, and production operations, ensuring proper supply, inventory control, and management of operational staff. Prior experience in the Food Industry is mandatory. **Responsibilities:** * Train operational staff on production and warehouse activities * Optimize resources for professional development within the company * Supervise and manage daily operations at headquarters and branches * Inventory control (disposables, dry goods, raw materials, and finished products) * Conduct weekly inventory counts * Ensure proper merchandise supply * Warehouse organization under FIFO system * Coordinate loading and unloading of merchandise * Supervise and manage operational staff (warehouse and production) * Monitor material and supply consumption * Prepare reports and complete logs (merchandise, temperatures, drivers) * Resolve operational issues during shift * Use of Mega Administrative System * Proficiency in Excel and OneDrive * Use of label printer * Product traceability control * Administration of storage and distribution activities * Logistics management of units and branch shortages * Production management * Purchase orders and ticket invoicing * Vendor relations * Safeguarding of delivery unit keys * Petty cash control * Substitute for the Manager in their absence * Verification of products shipped to branches * Monitoring of activity checklists and process compliance **Requirements:** * Prior experience in supervision, warehouse, or logistics * Experience managing personnel * Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Leadership and problem-solving skills * Organizational skills and accountability **We Offer:** * Weekly pay * Job stability **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Experience: * Food service management: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
