Job Description We are looking for a Recruitment Analyst to join our team. As a Recruitment Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment process from posting job vacancies to selecting the best candidates. Key Responsibilities: Post job vacancies on various employment platforms. Attract and proactively source candidates (social media, job boards). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews with department leaders. Track the selection process through to hiring.
