WE ARE LOOKING FOR: RESERVATION AGENT – CANCÚN AREA Responsibilities Attend to customers via telephone, email, and WhatsApp. Manage and follow up on reservations. Recover canceled reservations through outbound calls. Meet service, quality, and productivity performance indicators. Actively collaborate with the team to achieve results. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a contact center. Experience in hospitality, tourism, or reservations is preferred. Proficiency in multichannel customer service. Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Intermediate English proficiency. Effective communication, teamwork, and availability for rotating shifts.
