Currently, we are seeking a candidate to join our Safety Department, where they will have opportunities for professional growth within the company. **SAFETY SUPERVISOR (PARAMEDIC)** **Objective:** Oversee operational activities of the unit, monitoring facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. **Required Profile:** · **Education:** Technical degree in emergency medical services (TUM), Nursing, or related field. · **Gender:** Indistinct · **Age:** 25 years and older · **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in safety supervision roles; knowledge of ISO standards: ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety). · **License:** Valid state driver's license (preferably standard transmission vehicle operation) · **Computer skills** (Office suite and office tools). **Main Responsibilities:** · Participate in the development of occupational health programs. · Prepare and participate in accident or incident investigations. · Conduct site inspections to identify unsafe acts and/or conditions, prepare reports on findings, and report to relevant departments. · Train and instruct staff on safety standards, proper use of PPE, specific protocols, and emergency response procedures. · Promote awareness and foster a safe working environment, encouraging professionalism and teamwork among personnel. · Participate in effective safety audit programs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. · Participate in the formation and training of emergency response teams. · Provide basic safety, environmental, and health training to operational personnel. **Employment Offer:** · $21,500.00 pesos monthly · Monthly productivity bonus · Work tools · 100% IMSS registration **Work Location:** Apazapan, Veracruz. **Benefits:** · Life insurance · Uniforms · Benefits exceeding legal requirements · Transportation · Savings fund · Dining facility service **Work Schedule:** Availability to rotate 8-hour shifts.
