This position is located at the South branch and is ideal for individuals seeking career growth in logistics and warehousing. **We Offer the Following Benefits** * Base salary ($9,580\) * 100% payroll employment model * Job stability Statutory benefits \+ enhanced benefits: * 12 vacation days from the first year * 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation premium * IMSS enrollment * 13% savings fund contribution * Discounts on Kellogg's cereals * Uniforms * Life insurance * Medical expense insurance * Direct hiring by Kellanova/Weekly payment. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday **A Sample of Your Responsibilities** * **Warehouse Management:** Organize and manage the warehouse to ensure efficient service to our direct and indirect customers. * **Product Rotation and Placement:** Ensure products are placed and rotated according to standards. * **Order Preparation and Verification:** Prepare orders for local and out-of-town routes and verify return orders. * **Inventory Control:** Conduct inventory counts and ensure correct delivery of saleable products to employees. * **Security Reporting:** Prepare monthly reports on thefts and robberies, and manage POP materials and security equipment usage. **We Are Looking For Someone With** * 1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Assistant in consumer goods companies. * Valid driver’s license A, B, or E. * Experience operating hydraulic pallet jacks and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Completed or incomplete high school diploma (Bachillerato). * Teamwork skills, strong communication ability, excellent personal presentation, and flexible availability. **What’s Next** After you apply, a real recruiter will review your application, so it may take several weeks before we contact you via email or phone.
