Job Summary: Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations for packaging and products, while developing work teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality assurance and process continuity Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations for packaging and products through self-management and development of work teams to meet business objectives and strategies. Line Support Services Supply packaging and pallets to the Packaging Department, receive finished products, store them, and preserve them in accordance with established procedures. Materials Receive, store, and dispatch materials to our customers in accordance with established procedures. Receiving and Shipping Receive packaging and pallets from our suppliers and ship products to our customers in accordance with established procedures. * Store and preserve products and packaging * Identify potential deviations and ensure process continuity based on product inventory * Maintain warehouses in optimal condition for product protection * Ensure accurate product and packaging inbound and outbound transactions using the FIFO system * Maintain proper product rotation to guarantee beer shelf life * Meet line requirements based on the production schedule
