Proactive work environment with learning opportunities **Position Objective:** Support the coordination, control, execution, and closure of projects (preparation of the executive folder for billing). **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor staff and support coordination of operational personnel. * Prepare reports and collect and validate field-generated information. * Prepare and review documentary evidence required by the client. * Monitor instructions and orders from the Site Supervisor. * Draft AutoCAD drawings. * Prepare photographic reports with fieldwork evidence. * Perform other administrative tasks assigned. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Administrative track). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Preparation and management of technical reports/documents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Skills:** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Analytical ability and capacity to validate information. * Adaptability to project changes. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and teamwork. * Strong sense of responsibility. **Personal Competencies** · Strong sense of responsibility. · Ability to work under pressure and meet defined deadlines. · Positive attitude and willingness to learn. · Willingness to travel. · Valid driver's license (preferred).
