Opportunity for growth in an expanding company TALENT AND CULTURE ANALYST Coatzacoalcos Zone | Neto Stores At Neto Stores, we are looking for a Talent and Culture Analyst who wants to go beyond administration and is interested in directly impacting frontline employee experience. If you are passionate about organizational development, culture, and working closely with operations, this role is for you. What will be your impact? You will be responsible for bringing organizational culture to stores—not just designing it You will contribute to improving key metrics such as turnover, retention, and workplace climate You will implement initiatives that directly impact the experience of hundreds of employees What are we looking for? Completed bachelor’s degree (in Administration, Psychology, Education, Communication, or related field) 1–3 years of experience in: Organizational development, Culture, Training, or Internal Communication Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, indicator tracking) Willingness to travel frequently within the southern region of Veracruz Key Responsibilities Implement organizational culture strategies in stores Conduct workplace climate diagnostics Monitor key indicators (turnover, retention, climate) Coordinate internal programs and organizational communication Manage cultural events and initiatives Execute performance and climate evaluations (GPTW) Conduct regular visits to branches What do we offer?
