Scrum Master II – Digital ePLM

Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master II with solid experience in enterprise environments to join a strategic ePLM (Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management) program with a leading U.S. organization. This is a full-time, exclusively dedicated role—not a consulting or part-time position. THE ROLE You will serve as the embedded Scrum Master within the ePLM delivery team, responsible for disciplined Agile execution, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement in a complex enterprise environment. You will act as a key liaison between Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. RESPONSIBILITIES \* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives \* Identify, escalate, and remove impediments affecting team delivery \* Monitor and act upon Scrum and Kanban metrics: flow efficiency, throughput, WIP, cycle time \* Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog preparation, prioritization, and acceptance criteria \* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and system integrators \* Drive continuous improvement and team Agile maturity \* Provide clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies REQUIREMENTS ✅ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (dedicated role, not hybrid) ✅ Proven experience delivering enterprise application programs ✅ Valid Scrum Master certification—CSM, PSM, or equivalent ✅ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or a comparable Agile tool ✅ Demonstrated ability to use delivery metrics and resolve flow-related issues ✅ Experience working with distributed teams and/or third-party integrators ✅ Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Fluent business English—daily collaboration with U.S. stakeholders ✅ Residency in Mexico and availability to work U.S. business hours DESIRED ⭐ Familiarity with PLM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena, etc.) ⭐ Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product development organizations ⭐ Exposure to ERP, CRM, or highly governed environments ⭐ SAFe certification or experience with PI Planning This position is not suitable for newly certified Scrum Masters without enterprise experience, Agile coaches in advisory roles, or candidates seeking part-time work.
