Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to teachers and students on Google tools for education (Classroom, Drive, Meet, Gmail, etc.). * Resolve technical incidents related to account access, devices, connectivity, and institutional platforms. * Manage users, permissions, and configurations within Google Workspace for Education. * Train teachers and staff on the use of digital tools. * Document incidents and ensure timely follow-up on each case. * Support the implementation of institutional technology projects. * Coordinate with the IT department to escalate cases requiring higher-level technical expertise.
