Position Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst to prepare concept catalogs, quantify and analyze unit prices, and develop economic proposals in the construction sector. Key Highlights: 1. Use of advanced tools such as OPUS/NEODATA, AUTOCAD, REVIT Construction Company Requires: UNIT PRICE ANALYST Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * (Specialization in unit pricing) * Minimum 3 years of experience * Experience with OPUS/NEODATA, AUTOCAD, REVIT, and Office suite Responsibilities: * Preparation of concept catalogs, generators, and economic proposals. * Development of concept catalogs * Quantification and analysis of unit prices * Construction scheduling * Calculation of overhead costs * Knowledge of construction materials and processes * Reconciliation of quantities and unit prices.
