Job Responsibilities: * Execute quality testing on Information Systems. * Design and execute test matrix cases (experience in functional and non-functional testing required). * Monitor, administer, and ensure software operates under quality standards and regulations. * Identify, document, and track software defects; troubleshoot and resolve software errors. * Contribute to the design and development of test plans. * Participate in requirements gathering. * Provide end-user guidance and usage instructions. * Support documentation of existing information systems. * Manage, estimate effort, plan, design, and execute tests. * Design functional test matrices. Requirements: * **Extensive experience leading very large QA projects (strong QA Lead focus)** * Leadership, communication, and risk management capabilities. * Experience in test management. * Proficiency in SQL and database technologies. * Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
