This position is essential to ensure the proper drafting of contracts, commission control, and regulatory compliance throughout purchase-sale processes. **Responsibilities** * Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring **real estate purchase-sale contracts**. * Validation of data, legal documentation, and mandatory requirements for contract formalization. * Identification and correct application of **key contractual clauses**, in accordance with current legislation. * Support in contractual drafting with legal and commercial focus. * Commission control, calculation, and **payment** for the sales team. * Administrative follow-up of real estate operations. * Coordination with commercial, legal, and finance departments. * Document control and file archiving. * Support to internal and external clients related to contractual processes. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal guidelines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Law, Business Administration**, or related field (mandatory). * Experience in the real estate sector (preferred). * Knowledge of real estate purchase-sale contracts. * Basic knowledge of legislation applicable to the real estate sector. * Experience in commission control and payment. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to handle confidential information. **Competencies** * Legal and administrative analysis. * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Professional responsibility and ethics. * Results orientation. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development within an internationally present company. * A professional and structured work environment.
