Job Summary: We are seeking a sales driver with sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in operating standard vehicles for retail sales, product rotation, and route strengthening. Retail sales activities and route strengthening XALAPA VERACRUZ BRANCH REQUIREMENTS Age between 25 and 50 years Valid State Type B Driver's License Completed Secondary Education Experience as a driver and interest in sales; strong communication skills; eagerness to learn; minimum 1.5-ton standard vehicle operation experience RESPONSIBILITIES Retail sales, product rotation, market expansion, customer follow-up, route strengthening Work schedule: Monday to Saturday Day off: Sundays Payroll processed through Banorte (important: no outstanding debts) WE OFFER Initial salary for 8 weeks Base salary: $1731.50 + Training Bonus: $900 (paid at the end of this period: Base + Attendance Bonus + Commissions) Monthly meal vouchers (deposited on the 28th of each month into a Sodexo card). Uncapped sales commissions, paid weekly (average weekly amount: $1,300 to $1,800). Retention bonus: $5,000, disbursed in three installments. Savings fund — company matches contributions annually.
