Description
**\*Mandatory residence in Xalapa, Veracruz.**
As an IT Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the infrastructure and systems that enable an organization’s operations. The role includes working with hardware, software, networks, and security systems. You will be a key member of the IT department, ensuring all technological resources operate smoothly and align with company standards and objectives.
Knowledge:
* Proficiency in MSOFFICE
* Proficiency in CAT6 networks
* Knowledge of LAN and WAN networks
* CCTV
* FIREWALL
* Planning and maintenance of hardware and software
* Windows servers
* NAS servers
* Databases (SQL)
* Remote connections / VPNs
* Email configuration
* Antivirus configuration (Console)
* Network and user support
* Internet
* CRM ***business*** pro and service excellence handling
Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and support the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems of an organization or a segment of a network system.
* Monitor the network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
* Maintain and manage computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, system software, application software, and all configurations.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system issues, and replace defective components when necessary.
* Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
* Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or antivirus software.
* Operate master consoles to monitor computer system and network performance, and coordinate network access and usage.
* Design, configure, and test computer hardware, network software, and operating system software.
* Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine related hardware or software requirements.
* Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to stay current with developments in the networking industry.
* Train personnel on computer system usage as needed.
* Document support and network support activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month
