By prioritizing employee growth and development, we enable each individual to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when one is free to be oneself and share their unique expertise. ### **Bombardier Benefits Program** With employee well-being as a priority, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, including the following: * Insurance (Dental, medical, life, disability, and more) * Competitive base salary * Employee Assistance Program ### **What are your contributions to the team?** * Create, validate, and improve the inspection program for each part to be evaluated. * Inspect parts or assemblies according to engineering and manufacturing requirements. * Ensure precision and accuracy in dimensional reports. * Perform data analysis using SPC (Statistical Process Control). * Lead feedback and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering on data analysis for each measured part. * Ensure manual and internal calibrations using fixtures according to the required method. * Coordinate with the Quality department to follow up on corrective actions. * Handle customer inquiries (Internal and External). * Participate in and ensure follow-up of NCRs in the system. * Lead quality improvement projects. * Promote, practice, and serve as a role model for 5S. * Participate in the design of control fixtures. * Provide necessary support to departments to improve quality. ### **What do you need to succeed in this role? Skills, knowledge, and experience:** * You hold a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering. * You have advanced-level English proficiency. * You have 1 to 5 years of experience in dimensional inspection, preferably with tubing. * You have 1 to 3 years of experience using: PolyWorks, Calypso. * You have solid knowledge of GD\&T. * You have experience working with Core Tools (MSA, SPC). * You have experience with numerical control measurement equipment: Leica, Arm, or CMM. **Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier family!** Note: It is not necessary to possess all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position.
