**DIE MECHANIC** **1\.\- Requirements:** **Education:** Secondary school studies, preferably. **Training:** Conventional and/or CNC machine tools, die fabrication and maintenance, cutting tool fabrication and sharpening, measuring instruments. **Skills:** Teamwork and ability to work under pressure, interpersonal skills, knowledge of machining processes, fabricate cutting tools according to specifications, support production operators, gauge fabrication. **Experience:** 3 years in the position. **2\.\- Objective:** Perform the fabrication or adjustment of tooling, adhering to the provisions established in the quality management system and specifically to the quality policy. **3\.\- Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\- Sharpening and machining of tooling and devices. 2\- Maintenance of tooling, clamping devices, and machine components. 3\- Participation in continuous improvement.
