Position Summary: A medical professional dedicated to delivering efficient and safe care to hemodialysis patients, overseeing their comprehensive management and resolving complications. We have over 23,000 professionals and employees committed to preserving the most valuable asset for everyone—our lives. **Objective:** To efficiently and promptly attend first-time and subsequent patients, providing safe and compassionate medical care during their stay at Sanefro, supported by close clinical follow-up and full compliance with current regulations. **Main Job Responsibilities:** · Supervise the comprehensive management of hemodialysis patients, ensuring stability and promptly addressing complications arising during renal replacement therapy. · Evaluate the patient’s vascular access for hemodialysis and timely manage associated complications. · Ensure adherence to procedures and proper operation of critical systems. **Education:** · Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery (medical doctor title and federal license) **Mandatory Experience:** · Care of hospitalized patients (1 year) · Management of emergencies or critically ill patients (1 year) · Hemodialysis treatments (1 year) · Management of clinical records (1 year) **Knowledge:** · Interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic imaging studies · Theoretical foundations of renal failure and its treatments · Microsoft Office suite · NOM 003\-SSA3\-2010 for hemodialysis practice **Availability:** · Mon\-Sat Shifts\/Rotations Recruitment processes at Grupo PiSA are completely FREE; no one should request any payment from you to participate in our Recruitment and Selection processes.
