




Job Summary: Attends customers in the office, prepares quotations, processes orders, manages collections, supports billing and sales activities, and provides inventory support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer attention and advisory services in the office 2. End-to-end sales management: quotations, orders, and collections 3. Support to sales advisors and inventory management * Receives customers arriving at the office to request equipment. * Prepares over-the-counter quotations for customers. * Enters customer over-the-counter orders into the system for invoicing. * Collects payment for products sold on-site. * Delivers cash from sales to the Administrative Manager and Branch Administrator. * Requests confirmation from the Administrative Manager and/or Branch Administrator regarding deposits made from over-the-counter sales. * Supports sales advisors in preparing quotations and orders. * Completes the over-the-counter customer registration form. * Refers customers with highly specific or technical requests exceeding their expertise to the appropriate specialist. * Generates reports. * Makes prospecting calls to over-the-counter customers twice per week. * Supports monthly inventory activities. * Issues delivery notes and invoices to credit and over-the-counter customers. * Receives and verifies materials. * Delivers products to sales advisors. . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor's Degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Advisory capability, Equipment management, Decision-making, Collections, Quotations, Orders, Sales Driver's License: Class A Keywords: advisor, asesor, tecnologo, tecnico, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist
