Job Summary: Responsible for system security, communication, and DRP and BCP procedures, managing media and data to ensure information communication and security. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and maintenance of the DRP and BCP Support Engineer B General Purpose: Responsible for system security, communication, and DRP and BCP procedures. Manage communication media and data to identify the most cost-effective options, and update services for users to ensure continuous communication among employees. Specific Responsibilities: 1\.\- Administration and support of internal communication media. Monitoring and control of communication media (voicemail, call reporting, fax, telephone directory) Control over registration of permissions for calls to other locations (states, countries) Administration of alarm applications Internet administration (manages which users may access it) Analysis of telephone billing invoices for payment Administration of ACCO services Procurement of mobile phones Management of call database Modem installation 2\.\- Administration and support of user data. Creation of user accounts for internet access Enabling and/or restricting internet websites Technical support and email account creation 3\.\- Creation and maintenance of the DRP and BCP. Database backup Access control to systems Maintenance of the DRP and BCP manual Execution of DRP and BCP tests Development of policies from an information security perspective Monitoring of databases, central servers, communications, internet, developments, etc. from a security perspective. Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. \- 8:00 p.m., with a 2-hour lunch break, Monday through Saturday. Salary: $12,000 gross monthly. The company provides a vehicle for travel to remote branches, as well as per diems for transportation, meals, and lodging.
