Below is the ideal profile for this position: Requirements \- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. \- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in managing precast concrete projects. \- Knowledge: \- Manufacturing and installation of precast concrete elements. \- Applicable codes and regulations. \- Project management and quality control. \- Skills: \- Leadership and team management. \- Effective communication. \- Problem solving and decision making. \- Attention to detail and organization. Responsibilities \- Supervise the manufacturing and installation of precast concrete elements. \- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. \- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. \- Manage the budget and control costs. \- Resolve problems and make timely, effective decisions.
