Job Summary: We are looking for a committed Traffic Instructor to ensure the safe operation of our operational staff and contribute to compliance with road safety policies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate and train staff on safe driving practices. 2. Conduct driving tests and theoretical/practical training. 3. Support traffic incident management and control. At **Bonafont**, a leading beverage industry company, we seek a committed, responsible, and service-oriented **Traffic Instructor** who ensures the safe operation of our operational staff and contributes to the company’s road safety policy compliance. The primary objective of this position is to **evaluate and train staff on safe driving practices**, through driving tests, theoretical training, practical exercises, and on-route coaching. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Conduct **driving tests** for candidates and internal employees (hiring, recertifications, promotions). * Deliver **theoretical and practical training** on defensive driving, road safety, and safe operation of delivery vehicles. * Verify compliance with the company’s established **driving standards**. * Identify driver improvement areas and develop **customized training plans**. * Perform **on-route coaching** and periodic driving performance evaluations. * Ensure accurate **documentation of evaluations, attendance lists, and training reports**. * Participate in road safety culture initiatives and accident prevention programs. * Support **traffic incident management and control**. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school diploma (technical or related bachelor’s degree preferred). * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a traffic instructor, delivery operator, transportation supervisor, or similar roles. * Knowledge of **heavy-duty truck handling (weight and dimension)**. * Certification or course in **defensive driving** (preferred). * Valid driver’s license type A/B/C. * Excellent communication, leadership, and teaching skills. * Availability to work in the field and conduct on-route coaching. **We Offer** ------------- * Competitive salary. * Savings Fund. * Profit-sharing. * Vacation bonus. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for career growth within the company. * A safe work environment focused on talent development.
