Welcome to Bosch. **Job Description** **Position Objective:** Responsible for designing work systems (plant layout, personnel allocation, and ergonomics), as well as managing time and motion across the value chain, and developing strategies to eliminate waste. **Main Specific Responsibilities:** * Implement Lean concepts * Manufacturing * Time and motion management * Ergonomics * Improvement Projects **Specific Tasks:** * Determine, document, and maintain the station-based time database. * Collaborate with the engineering team to determine, document, and maintain work sequences in operations, milk-run routes, supermarkets \& point of use. * Optimize systems (e.g., reduce cycle times, inventories, etc.). * Drive financial indicator improvements based on standardization and optimization. * Support internal and external BPS audits. * Assist in administering the Idea Management system. * Support implementation of lean manufacturing strategies. * Support various Value Streams (VS) in executing improvement cycles. * Assist in launching new production lines, including ramp-up activities. * Report on the status of mandatory BPS training. * Define the annual BPS training strategy. * Maintain the company’s layout up to date and assist in conceptualizing necessary changes (applying LLD concepts). * Support product logistics based on FOL and Material Flow concepts. * Provide support and consultancy to other departments. * Focus on improvement projects. * Documentation and coaching using Lean Manufacturing tools. **Requirements** **Position Profile:** Education: a) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree b) Field of Study: Industrial Engineering or related discipline. c) English Language Proficiency: Advanced d) Years of Experience: 6 to 8 years.
