Verify that purchase orders match approved requests and that suppliers are registered and approved per procurement procedures. Documentarily verify receipt of materials and spare parts into inventory, validating that system entry records match invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders. Additionally, conduct on-site verification of spare parts installation, equipment acquisition, fuel consumption, and machine performance versus cost, cross-referencing with time logs and/or invoices. Ensure each machinery-related expense has valid supporting documentation: request, purchase order, invoice, warehouse receipt, and evidence of usage. For freight-related expenses, documentation must include: request, requisition form, cost breakdown, route trace, and toll receipts. Report deviations, inconsistencies, or missing items to the Budgetary Control Department, Machinery Management, and Central Workshop General Manager. Follow up on corrective actions arising from audit observations and issue recommendations to improve traceability and administrative control within the department and projects.
