




"Involves performing administrative tasks and operational coordination that may include data entry, ramp activities, sorting, tracking, dispatching, and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of the time is dedicated to office-based activities. Higher or principal levels of these positions may: * Handle escalated or more complex issues, * Coordinate team or agency-contracted staff activities, * Support supervisor or manager activities, * Support the design, review, and implementation of processes and procedures" Job Summary: Under general supervision, performs the following activities: * Enters air waybills into the system daily. * Performs daily recording of time card information on the PC. * Handles D/T packages and informs customers regarding payment. * Collects information for various company reports. * Answers phones, transfers calls, and takes messages as needed. * Prepares paperwork for outbound packages (air bills, post office box, and address). * Assists customers by answering questions about basic service features. * Performs various typing and filing tasks. Organizes and updates station files. * May be asked to perform other assigned tasks Minimum Requirements: Minimum Education Level: * High school diploma or equivalent. * English language proficiency (450 TOEIC score). Minimum Experience: * Three (3) years of administrative experience. * Valid driver's license and good driving record. Minimum Required Skills: * Ability to lift 32 kg and maneuver any individual package weighing up to 68 kg with proper equipment. * Good interpersonal skills, human relations, and communication abilities. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Data entry and/or general office skills. * Teamwork skills. * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC: PC typing (25/35 words per minute). * Strong problem-solving skills. * Clear and articulate voice.
