Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Analyst to lead innovation and oversee internal and external management of waste, ensuring environmental compliance and continuous improvement in Aguascalientes. Key Highlights: 1. Leads innovation in the management of hazardous and special waste. 2. Supervises and disseminates requirements for environmental management systems. 3. We are currently seeking a **Technical Analyst** to join our team. **A Day in This Role:** * Oversight of internal and external handling of special and hazardous waste (logs, documents, manifests, etc.). * Supervision of vendor activities related to internal waste handling. * Dissemination and enforcement of relevant requirements related to the Environmental Management System. * Implementation of improvements and training in environmental procedures within operations. * Maintenance and enforcement of 5S standards in operational areas. * Establishment of controls and immediate response to containment and cleanup of potential spills (oil, diesel, etc.). * Proposal of improvements and promotion of actions through to implementation. * Preparation of daily reports for tracking pending items. * Indicative List. **Who We Are Looking For:** * Personnel management experience and knowledge of hazardous and special waste handling. * Computer skills. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and single-line diagrams. * Commitment to and sensitivity regarding hazardous and special waste handling. * Interpretation of ISO-14001 standard. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **What to Expect at Nissan:** **Professional Growth and Continuous Learning Opportunities:** Benefit from diverse career paths, interdepartmental mobility, and innovative learning platforms.
