Job Summary: Provide functional support grounded in accounting knowledge, ensure efficient and timely service to clients and users, and learn and master the system. Key Highlights: 1. Functional support based on accounting knowledge and system operation 2. User training on system usage 3. Handling medium-complexity requests Address client and user requests by providing functional support grounded in accounting knowledge and system operation, ensuring efficient and timely service within the Customer Service Department. General Responsibilities Learn and master system functionality. Handle client calls and chats. Provide users with training on system usage. Prepare daily activity minutes. Address medium-complexity user requests. Define response priorities in coordination with the Development team. Specific and Technical Knowledge: Strong verbal communication and effective interpersonal skills. Professional appearance. Organizational skills and attention to detail. ERP system experience (desirable). Accounting Knowledge in: Accounts payable and accounts receivable. Financial statements: income statement and balance sheet. Bank reconciliations. Digital fiscal receipts (CFDI). Payroll. Taxes: ISR, IVA, and PTU. Current tax regulations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years. Gender: No preference. Availability. Work Modality: On-site (located in the eastern part of the city). We Offer: Position Type: Full-time.
