Position: Operations Coordinator We are looking for a highly organized and proactive logistics and commerce professional passionate about leading and optimizing our daily operations. This role involves supervising and improving process efficiency, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of contracted services. Job Requirements 1. Graduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in shipping and distribution, preferably within the logistics sector. 3. Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and order tracking systems. 4. Analytical skills and ability to efficiently solve problems. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. Job Responsibilities 1. Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, distribution, and goods storage. 2. Supervise and lead a team of employees to ensure efficiency and quality in process execution. 3. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery in optimal condition. 4. Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth and effective communication. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. 6.
