**Logistics Operations Assistant SAN NICOLÁS** ***Position Objective*** Provide operational support in logistics processes, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from the warehouse to their final destination. The role includes tracking transportation routes, coordinating with operators, and handling incidents involving warehouse staff and drivers. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor delivery and pickup routes in real time. * Maintain constant communication with operators and drivers to ensure schedule compliance. * Record and resolve incidents related to operational personnel (warehouse and transportation). * Assist in receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods. * Coordinate order preparation according to outbound instructions. * Conduct physical inventories and report discrepancies. * Generate daily operation and logistics performance reports. ***Requirements*** * Education: Bachelor's degree completed * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations, transportation, or warehousing. * Proficiency with digital tools (Excel, tracking systems, ERP or WMS). * Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems within operational teams. ***We Offer:*** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Continuous training and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment and collaborative team. * Work schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
