We operate across Mexico and LATAM, supporting banks, appraisal units, law firms, and agents in optimizing their processes. Skills and Attitudes: * Team-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure * Proactive approach * Self-taught capability * Service-oriented attitude * Results-driven mindset Work Experience: * 2 years of experience in **digital design / UX/UI** * Design of **responsive websites and mobile-first interfaces** * Design of **application interfaces** * Knowledge of **usability principles and UX best practices** Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in: * Graphic Design * Digital Design * Systems Engineering (with focus on design or frontend) Job Responsibilities: * Design and document **interfaces for web and mobile applications** * Create **user-centered digital experiences (UX/UI)** * Produce **wireframes, prototypes, and user flows** * Develop graphic materials and digital presentations * Design flowcharts and enhance digital processes for our clients Knowledge Requirements: * Ability to analyze scenarios and propose design solutions * Experience creating **wireframes and prototypes in Figma** * Experience working with **design systems** * Knowledge of **editorial design for reports or digital documents** Tools: * Figma * Photoshop * Illustrator * Excel Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity for learning and growth within a rapidly expanding LATAM-based company.
