We require an **HS Engineer** who will strengthen LS Cable \& System’s industrial safety culture through the implementation of preventive programs, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. The role operates under the guidelines of **ISO 45001**, ensuring safe processes, operational discipline, and personnel protection. **PROFILE** * Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Renewable Energies, or related field * 25 to 35 years old * **4 to 6 years of experience in environmental management** * Technical conversational English * Availability to respond to incidents and provide operational support **REQUIRED** * **ISO 14001 Internal Auditor** * Knowledge of environmental regulations (municipal, state, and federal) * Knowledge of environmental licenses (federal and state) * Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) management * Emissions and carbon footprint calculation * Management of hazardous and non\-hazardous waste * Emergency plan management * Problem analysis and resolution * Emergency brigade management * Environmental and Health \& Safety Committees **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts * Training internal/external personnel on environmental topics * Supplier and contractor management * Wastewater treatment plant administration * Management and disposal of hazardous and non\-hazardous waste * Environmental Management System (EMS) documentation control * State and federal COA reporting * Follow\-up on corrective actions and continuous improvement plans * Organizing environmental campaigns **COMPETENCIES** * Proactivity and service orientation * Analytical skills and problem\-solving * Organization and follow\-up * Teamwork * Effective communication * Adaptability and continuous learning * Leadership **DESIRABLE** * ISO 45001 Internal Auditor * Knowledge of STPS regulations **WE OFFER** * Competitive salary according to experience * Legal benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 If you meet the profile, apply with your CV in English and become part of an international company focused on innovation and technological development.
