




Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Training Specialist to design and implement soft skills training programs, deliver courses and workshops, and evaluate the impact of training programs. Growth opportunities **LOOK AT is seeking a Labor Training Specialist in Milenio III - Querétaro, Querétaro** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement soft skills training programs aligned with each client's needs. * Deliver in-person courses and workshops with a participatory, results-oriented approach. * Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the impact of training programs. * Develop and update instructional materials and training content. * Coordinate event logistics and prepare outcome and follow-up reports. * Provide post-training follow-up to ensure application of learning and continuous improvement. * Support commercial activities and client proposal presentations. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Development, or related fields * Minimum completion of the 6th semester (incomplete degree accepted) or completed degree + Mandatory requirement: Must not currently be enrolled in any studies Experience: * Minimum 1 year of experience in: Instructional design of courses and workshops Delivery of soft skills training (communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, etc.) Facilitation of adult groups in corporate settings **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility according to the training calendar * Occasional travel to client companies within the metropolitan area of Querétaro * Initial onboarding training provided by the agency * Growth opportunities **Compensation: JCF Scholarship ($9,582 monthly) + Complementary Scholarship ($1,500 monthly and performance-based bonus starting from the 3rd month)** **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Consulting, advisory, and business services *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ab3f95320000300063d8c2\&source\=indeed*
