




**\*EXPERIENCE IN:** MOLD TECHNICIAN IN PLASTIC INJECTION **KNOWLEDGE:** •Proficient in grinding, milling, lathe, and CNC processes; fine mold adjustments, polishing, fabrication of mold parts and their spare components. •Ability to interpret blueprints and understand geometric tolerances; knowledge of mold manufacturing and repair processes. •Mirror finish mold polishing. •Hot runner systems. •Proficiency in welding processes, shaping geometries, and seal fitting using hand tools (mototool, reciprocating tool, precision files, etc). **REQUIRED SOFTWARE:** Teamwork. Availability. Customer service. Sense of urgency. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** 1\. Perform preventive mold maintenance according to the annual schedule. 2\. Assist the mold supervisor or team leader as required with mold maintenance tasks. 3\. Assemble and disassemble molds for cleaning, repair, or engineering changes. 4\. Support production in corrective actions and mold-related services. 5\. Carry out and document preventive and corrective mold maintenance. 6\. Request mold spare parts as needed. 7\. Repair hot runner systems. 8\. Perform modifications on new or transferred molds. 9\. Conduct machine repairs. 10\. Perform other tasks or duties as assigned or required. 11\. Demonstrate a positive attitude and availability in carrying out responsibilities. 12\. Record work orders performed during the shift in the appropriate format.
