Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, manage spare parts, ensure industrial safety standards, and propose improvements for equipment optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for continuous development and training **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise maintenance technical staff. * Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs. * Respond to critical failures and coordinate immediate corrective actions. * Administer spare parts and control area inventory. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Analyze KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, downtime, etc.). * Participate in internal and external audits. * Propose improvements for equipment optimization and cost reduction. * Administration of IATF documentation **Required Profile:** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective maintenance, and TPM. * Personnel management experience. * Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems. * Proficiency in Excel and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Familiarity with IATF standard requirements **Competencies:** * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Decision-making. * Results-oriented. * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Career development opportunities. * Continuous training.
