At KOBER, we are seeking a Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Querétaro. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive service to wholesale channel customers, supporting administrative tasks, and strengthening commercial relationships. **Job Objective:** Follow up on LEADS generated by the marketing campaign, adhering to the communication, sales, and after-sales process with prompt and personalized responses. Provide service and support to wholesale customers by assisting Advisors with administrative tasks and increasing purchases from assigned customers. Support in-store operations with general public and individual customers, delivering warm, hospitable welcomes and consistently generating sales with a premium focus. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Focus on SERVING customers—not merely “selling to them or handling their requests.” a. We must become strategic partners and value-adding suppliers. 2. Efficiently address customer requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, etc. 3. Encourage customers to make more comprehensive purchases—not just selling covers and bars—by adding complementary items such as Style line products, Plados, tarjas, steel keys, etc. 4. Support Advisors with the administrative aspects of sales—for example, quotations, orders, invoices, inventory status, order tracking, delivery coordination, etc. 5. Increase purchase volume from assigned customers. 6. Prospect and close new customers (e.g., carpenters, design firms) each quarter. 7. Assist with in-store customer service. 8. Train customers on how to use the online quotation portal. 9. Report personal incidents—including vacations and absences—to Management and Finance. **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete bachelor’s degree. Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service-oriented skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **We Offer:** Monthly base salary of MXN 12,000 Savings fund contribution of 6.5% Statutory benefits **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** On-site
