Supervise and coordinate that the store is in optimal condition for public opening. Job responsibilities: * Schedule shifts and assign personnel responsible for store openings and closings. * Coordinate and schedule daily preparation of the sales floor (cleaning of sales area, display cases, and storage rooms). * Ensure proper daily restocking of missing products on the sales floor, verifying that products have their corresponding codes, prices, and security tags. * Supervise and ensure correct organization and storage of products in the warehouse. * Execute and supervise proper arrangement of displays and showcases, following procedures established by the Visual department. * Responsible for ordering cleaning supplies and office materials according to procedure (online portal). * Responsible for requesting POP materials and packaging bags. * Responsible for enforcing policies and procedures outlined in the Samsonite service protocol, ensuring achievement of sales targets. * Coordinate and conduct onboarding for new sales staff regarding company policies and procedures, as well as product features and specifications. * Inform, update, and supervise staff on promotions, discounts, clearance events, verifying current POP materials and marketing campaigns. * Evaluate, analyze, and ensure resolution of post-sale requests such as technical service receipts and returns. * Lead and supervise assigned personnel to ensure high-quality customer service and operational compliance in the store. * Coordinate and plan vacations, free time, breaks, and special leave. * Responsible for ensuring adherence to scheduled shifts and monitoring employee attendance. * Report contractual matters to Human Resources, such as absences, tardiness, resignations, warnings, etc. * Responsible for maintaining full staffing levels at the store. * Supervise employees' use of uniforms according to the season. * Control warehouse inventory to ensure adequate stock levels in the store. * Review and validate weekly automatic product replenishment accuracy. * Coordinate and control incoming merchandise, carefully verifying products and correct coding against the delivery note. * Analyze and evaluate accurate recording and entry of delivery notes into the POS system, reporting discrepancies according to established procedures. * Execute, schedule, and control periodic and general inventories according to established procedures. * Responsible for reporting thefts or losses, filing the appropriate report according to protocol. * Plan and ensure the team meets the sales targets set by Retail Management. * Monitor and record daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance per salesperson and business line. * Ensure daily cash register opening, reconciliation, and closing according to established procedures. * Responsible for coordinating and ensuring daily deposit of revenues at the designated financial institution. * Responsible for submitting Gift Card sales data. * Responsible for the recruitment and selection process for the sales team. **Why you'll love working here:****Our employees matter.** As a people-centered company, we strive to provide rewards and development opportunities for our employees, recognizing their performance and creating a supportive work environment wherever they are. **Vibrant culture.** We are committed to a diverse and enriching culture that welcomes individuals from all professions and social backgrounds.
